HCSV Makes a Strong Debut in Russia, Partnering with Shacman to Boost Sino-Russian Trade

On November 03, 2025, HCSV, in collaboration with its official Russian distributor, celebrated the grand opening of its first authorized showroom in Moscow, marking a significant milestone in HCSV’s localized operations in Russia. This strategic move strengthens HCSV’s channel development and underscores its commitment to fostering Sino-Russian economic ties.
The new showroom, strategically located near Moscow’s key transportation hub, features a modern industrial design that integrates vehicle display, customer consultation, and after-sales services. It aims to provide comprehensive solutions for Russian clients, supporting the region’s growing demands in infrastructure rebuilding and logistics under current economic conditions.
The opening ceremony gathered over 200 distinguished guests, including Russian government representatives, diplomatic envoys, and industry leaders. Mr. Guan Botong, Chairman of HCSV, jointly inaugurated the showroom with senior executives from Shacman and local officials. In his address, Mr. Guan emphasized that this partnership would accelerate the deployment of localized support systems, including parts centers, training academies, and future KD assembly plants, to enhance Russia’s industrial capacity.
This expansion leverages Shacman’s established presence in Russia, where Chinese heavy-duty trucks have seen rapid growth. In 2023, Chinese brands like Shacman and SITRAK captured over 60% of Russia’s HCV market, filling the void left by Western manufacturers. HCSV’s entry further diversifies this landscape, offering advanced, cost-effective products tailored to Russian needs—such as cold-weather adaptations for logistics and construction.
